All visual depictions displayed on this website, AiCupid, are intended to be exempt from the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Section 2257, 18 U.S.C. Section 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because they do not portray actual human beings engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct.

The images, avatars, selfies, and other visual materials on AiCupid are exclusively artificial creations generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI). No human models, actors, actresses, performers, or other real persons appear in generated Cupid images on this website, app, or service.

No Human Performers

AiCupid does not use real human performers for its generated Cupid imagery. Because generated Cupid visuals are artificial works rather than depictions of actual human beings, there are no performer identity records associated with those generated images.
