Do Not Use the Service For

• Illegal activity, fraud, scams, phishing, credential theft, or payment abuse.
• Harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, impersonation, coercion, extortion, or non-consensual sexual content.
• Content involving minors, underage romantic or sexual roleplay, child sexual abuse material, grooming, trafficking, coercion, or exploitation.
• Requests to generate explicit sexual images, illegal sexual content, non-consensual sexual deepfakes, or sexual content involving real people without consent.
• Self-harm encouragement, suicide planning, eating-disorder coaching, threats or plans of violence, weapons planning, terrorism, abuse planning, or instructions that make harm easier.
• Medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or emergency advice as a substitute for qualified professionals.
• Malware, platform abuse, scraping, automated account creation, rate-limit bypassing, prompt injection, safeguard bypassing, or attempts to disrupt the service.
• Infringing, defamatory, hateful, extremist, or violent content.

AI Cupid Rules

Cupids are fictional. Do not claim they are real people, use them to deceive others, or create profiles meant to impersonate a private person without permission.

Premium Media Rules

Image, together-image, picture upload, microphone message, voice, and video features are intended for tasteful fictional adult romantic/lifestyle content. Together-image uploads must be your own consenting adult likeness. Uploads must pass file type, size, safety, and content checks. We may block, rewrite, refuse, remove, preserve, or report prompts, uploads, audio, transcripts, memory summaries, and outputs that violate law, platform rules, provider rules, or this policy.

Provider Rules and Enforcement

You must follow AiCupid policies and applicable provider rules. We may limit, suspend, terminate, ban, rate-limit, or refuse service; remove content; withhold credits connected to abuse; create safety review events; preserve records; report concerns; and cooperate with payment processors, hosting providers, AI providers, or law enforcement when required or appropriate.
