AiCupid is for adults 18+ and is built around fictional AI Cupids. Treat Cupids, custom profiles, and generated media as fantasy entertainment, not real people or verified human accounts.

Be Responsible With Prompts and Uploads

• Only upload your own adult likeness, content you own, or content you have permission to use.
• Do not request content involving minors, underage roleplay, non-consent, coercion, exploitation, real private people, or illegal acts.
• Do not use outputs to harass, deceive, shame, stalk, doxx, threaten, impersonate, or defraud anyone.
• Do not use AiCupid for self-harm coaching, suicide planning, violence plans, weapons planning, abuse planning, malware, credential theft, or bypassing safeguards.
• Review generated content before saving, sharing, or using it outside the app.

When Real Help Is Needed

AiCupid is fictional entertainment, not medical, legal, emergency, financial, or mental-health help. If you may hurt yourself or someone else, call local emergency services. Profile and Sharing Rules

Public or shareable character profiles should be fictional and should not imply that an AI profile is a real person, celebrity, private individual, or official brand account unless you have documented rights.

Reporting

Report safety, copyright, impersonation, billing, or access concerns through the Complaints Policy or the Help Center. Urgent danger should go to emergency services first.
