Complaints Policy

How to report account, safety, billing, content, privacy, access, or legal concerns so AiCupid can review them clearly.
How to Submit a Complaint
Use the Help Center for complaints. Include the account username, profile or page URL, payment reference if relevant, screenshots if available, and a clear description of what happened.
Types of Complaints
- Safety, crisis, self-harm, violence, underage, coercion, exploitation, impersonation, privacy, stalking, doxxing, or harassment concerns.
- Generated media, uploaded content, public profile, or acceptable-use concerns.
- Billing, credit, subscription, login, or account access issues.
- Copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property complaints.
Review and Response
We aim to review complaints in a reasonable time based on severity, completeness, and operational capacity. Urgent safety or underage reports may be prioritized. We may remove content, restrict accounts, refund or adjust credits when appropriate, or request more information.
No Emergency Service
AiCupid is not an emergency service, doctor, therapist, lawyer, or medical professional. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
