Content Removal Policy

Scope

This policy explains how users and affected parties can request review or removal of content hosted by AiCupid, including generated media, uploaded images, uploaded audio, voice-call records, custom profiles, public profile pages, or account content.

Removal Requests

Use the Help Center with the subject "Content Removal Request" and include:

• The URL, account username, profile name, or media identifier.
• The reason for the request, such as privacy, impersonation, copyright, safety, underage concern, or policy violation.
• Your relationship to the content and any supporting documentation.
• A reliable way to contact you for follow-up.

Review Process

We may remove, hide, restrict, block, or preserve content while reviewing a request. We may ask for additional information and may decline requests that are incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, or not supported by policy or law. Safety issues involving minors, exploitation, violence threats, self-harm, doxxing, stalking, or illegal content may be handled under the Safety and Crisis Policy and may be escalated.

Upload and Audio Retention

Raw uploaded pictures and audio files are scheduled for deletion after the stated media retention period. Safe memory summaries, billing records, audit records, and safety review records may remain when needed for personalization, billing, dispute handling, legal compliance, or platform safety.

Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion through the Help Center. Some records may be retained as needed for security, payment, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, safety review, or audit logs.
