Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on AiCupid infringes your copyright, send a notice to Support@AiCupid.ai with the subject "DMCA Notice".

Notice Requirements

Your notice should include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing content and its location on AiCupid.
• Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-Notices

If your content was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to Support@AiCupid.ai with the information required under the DMCA.

Repeat Infringers

We may terminate or restrict accounts that repeatedly infringe or abuse the copyright process.
