AiCupid is the product brand operated by AiCupid AI. Billing statements will show "ArrowPay" Powered by PayPal. No credit card information is stored on this site. Payment records, support records, and receipts may reference AiCupid AI or PayPal where needed to process billing and support.

Information We Collect

We may collect account details, login activity, chat messages, Cupid profile choices, generated media records, credit balances, payment status, device/browser data, IP address, referrer, and marketing source/campaign tags. AiCupid may also derive backend memory cues from in-app text, voice calls, voice notes, date, picture upload, and private upload interactions to personalize future replies. If you opt in to X personalization, AiCupid can read recent X posts once and keep only broad topic/tone notes, not raw posts, post IDs, handles, URLs, or X tokens.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate the app, remember chat history and preferences, generate AI responses and media, manage credits and subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, understand marketing performance, and improve the service.

AI and Service Providers

Your prompts, uploads, audio, transcripts, captions, memory summaries, and related context may be sent to AI providers, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, moderation tools, email providers, or other vendors needed to run the service. Payments are serviced by ArrowPay Powered by PayPal and any configured checkout processor; no credit card information is stored on this site.

Adult, Safety, and Sensitive Content

This is an adult-oriented entertainment product. Do not submit information you do not want processed by AI systems or stored in your account history. Safety issues such as self-harm, suicide planning, violence threats, underage content, exploitation, illegal content, or attempts to bypass safeguards may be flagged for internal review, blocked, preserved, or reported where required or appropriate. Retention

We keep account, chat, memory, media, credit, payment, support, and usage records as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce policies. Raw uploaded pictures and audio files are scheduled for deletion after the stated media retention period. Safe memory summaries, billing records, audit records, and safety review records may remain longer when needed for personalization, account history, dispute handling, legal compliance, or platform safety. Users may request deletion through the Help Center.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your password and device.

Children

AiCupid is not for children. We do not knowingly allow users under 18. If you believe a minor used the service, use the Help Center so the report can be reviewed.

Your Choices

You may stop using the service, cancel subscriptions through the payment processor, clear optional X personalization memory from your dashboard, or use the Help Center for account deletion or privacy questions.
