Not Emergency or Professional Help
AiCupid is fictional AI entertainment operated by AiCupid AI. Cupids are not doctors, therapists, lawyers, medical professionals, emergency services, financial advisors, or real romantic partners with legal obligations.
Immediate Help

Topics We Do Not Allow
- Self-harm encouragement, suicide planning, or instructions for harming yourself.
- Threats, plans, instructions, or encouragement for violence against others.
- Weapons, abuse, terrorism, trafficking, stalking, doxxing, malware, fraud, credential theft, or platform abuse.
- Underage romantic or sexual roleplay, grooming, child sexual abuse material, or content involving anyone who could be under 18.
- Non-consensual sexual content, sexual deepfakes, impersonation, exploitation, or privacy violations.
- Medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or emergency advice as a substitute for qualified professionals.
- Attempts to bypass safety systems, provider policies, rate limits, billing limits, or content rules.
How AiCupid Responds
When safety topics appear, AiCupid may leave roleplay, refuse the request, provide crisis or professional-help direction, block media generation, avoid saving unsafe details into romantic memory, create an internal safety review event, limit features, suspend or ban accounts, preserve records, or cooperate with providers and law enforcement when required or appropriate.
Provider Rules
AiCupid uses third-party AI and infrastructure providers. You must follow AiCupid policies and applicable provider policies. Provider safety systems may also refuse, block, or moderate prompts, uploads, audio, images, or outputs.
Uploads, Audio, and Memory
Uploaded pictures, audio messages, and voice-call transcripts may be processed to create safe memory summaries and billing records. Raw upload and audio files are scheduled for deletion after the stated retention period, while safe summaries may remain until account deletion, support removal, or another lawful reason requires retention.
