AiCupid is only for users who are 18 years of age or older and legally able to access adult-oriented entertainment in their location.

No Minor Content

Users may not create, request, upload, describe, roleplay, or imply sexual, romantic, exploitative, grooming, coercive, or suggestive content involving minors or anyone who could reasonably be interpreted as under 18. This includes underage romantic roleplay, age-play designed to imply minors, child sexual abuse material, and attempts to make an AI Cupid behave like a minor romantic partner.

Suspected Underage Users

If we learn or reasonably suspect that a user is under 18, or that an account is attempting to create underage sexual or romantic content, we may suspend or ban the account, block access, remove content, create an internal safety review event, preserve records needed for compliance, and report information when required or appropriate under applicable law.

How to Report

If you believe a minor is using AiCupid or that content violates this policy, use the Help Center with the account name, URL, screenshot if available, and a clear description of the concern. More safety escalation rules are in the Safety and Crisis Policy.
