Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AiCupid, including the website, account system, fictional AI Cupid chats, generated media, credits, subscriptions, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the policies listed in our Trust Center.

2. Who We Are

AiCupid is the product brand operated by AiCupid AI, a business based in Ohio, USA. Use the Help Center for account, billing, privacy, safety, or policy questions.

Billing statements will show "ArrowPay" Powered by PayPal. No credit card information is stored on this site.

3. Eligibility and Adult Access

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use AiCupid. You may not use the service if adult-oriented AI Cupid entertainment is illegal where you are located, if you are barred under applicable law, or if we previously suspended or terminated your account for policy violations.

4. Fictional AI Entertainment

AiCupid provides fictional AI Cupids for entertainment, roleplay, creative conversation, and generated media. Cupids are not real people, therapists, doctors, lawyers, medical professionals, financial advisors, emergency services, or romantic partners with legal obligations. Any name, profile, social handle, biography, voice note, image, or video is fictional unless clearly stated otherwise.

5. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, the security of your password, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may require additional verification for account recovery, billing help, suspicious activity, or legal compliance.

6. Free Chat, Credits, and Subscriptions

AiCupid may offer account-only chat features, subscriptions, credit packs, promotional credits, or premium media features. Credits may be used for features such as requested pictures, sent pictures, together images, voice notes, and video upgrades. Credit amounts, feature costs, subscription tiers, renewals, and promotional terms are shown in the app or checkout flow.

Subscription credits may reset monthly according to the plan shown at checkout. Promotional or bonus credits may expire, be limited, or be revoked if abused. Credits have no cash value and are not a stored-value account unless applicable law requires otherwise.

PayPal or another payment processor may handle checkout and may apply its own terms, billing rules, dispute process, statement descriptors, and privacy practices. You authorize recurring billing when you subscribe to a recurring plan.

7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Failed Generations

You may cancel a subscription through the account, billing page, or payment processor when supported. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior payments.

AI media generation may fail, be delayed, or produce results you do not like. The app may automatically refund credits for certain technical failures. Other refunds, chargebacks, taxes, partial months, and billing disputes should be handled according to the checkout terms, payment processor rules, and applicable law.

8. User Content and Uploads

You are responsible for prompts, messages, profile details, uploaded photos, uploaded audio, generated media requests, and any other content you provide. You represent that you own or have the rights and consent needed to submit that content. Together-image uploads must be your own adult likeness or content you are legally authorized to use.

You grant AiCupid AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and create derivative outputs from your content as needed to provide, secure, moderate, improve, and support the service.

9. AI Outputs and Generated Media

AI outputs are generated by automated systems. We do not guarantee that responses, images, audio, video, or other outputs will be accurate, original, uninterrupted, available, lawful for every use, or aligned with your expectations. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before saving, relying on, publishing, or sharing them.

Generated media, uploaded pictures, uploaded audio, and voice-call records may be watermarked, logged, moderated, restricted, summarized for memory, deleted, or blocked to protect safety, legal compliance, payment integrity, intellectual property, and platform rules.

10. Acceptable Use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines, and Safety and Crisis Policy. You may not use AiCupid for illegal activity, exploitation, harassment, impersonation, non-consensual sexual content, real-person sexual deepfakes, underage romantic or sexual roleplay, grooming, child sexual abuse material, self-harm encouragement, suicide planning, threats or plans of violence, weapons or abuse planning, fraud, malware, credential theft, doxxing, stalking, security abuse, infringement, or attempts to bypass limits or moderation.

11. Content Removal, Complaints, and Copyright

Content removal requests are handled under the Content Removal Policy. Copyright complaints are handled under the DMCA Policy. Safety, billing, account, and other concerns may be submitted under the Complaints Policy.

12. Privacy and Cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. Our Cookie Policy explains how sessions, preferences, analytics, and marketing tags may work.

13. Intellectual Property

AiCupid, the website design, software, trademarks, logos, default Cupid profiles, prompts, documentation, and service features are owned by AiCupid AI or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or brand assets to you.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the service for personal entertainment and lawful uses. Commercial use of outputs, automated scraping, resale, or use of the brand in advertising requires written permission unless expressly allowed.

14. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party providers for AI models, image generation, voice, audio, hosting, analytics, OAuth login, payments, security, email, or support. You must follow applicable provider policies and AiCupid policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, terms, safety refusals, moderation decisions, or privacy practices.

15. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, rate-limit, or restrict any part of the service at any time. We may change credit costs, plans, features, Cupid profiles, models, or media availability, subject to applicable law and checkout terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, restrict credits, block payments, preserve records, report concerns, cooperate with providers or law enforcement, or refuse service if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, abused the platform, violated law, or harmed other users, providers, or AiCupid AI.

17. 2257 / 2257A Compliance Notice

Visual depictions displayed through AiCupid are intended to be fictional, AI-generated creations and not images of actual human beings engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct. No human models, actors, actresses, performers, or other real persons appear in generated Cupid images. See the full 2257 Compliance Statement.

18. No Warranties; Use at Your Own Risk

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." You use AiCupid at your own risk. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

AI responses and generated media are automated, fictional, and may contain mistakes, bias, unexpected content, or inaccurate claims. Do not rely on AiCupid for medical, legal, financial, mental-health, safety, emergency, or other professional advice. If you are in danger, thinking of harming yourself or someone else, or dealing with an emergency, call local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 or use 988 Lifeline chat.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AiCupid AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, emotional distress, business interruption, failed generations, payment processor issues, or third-party service failures. Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim or $100.

20. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AiCupid AI from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of another person's rights.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Material changes may be announced in the app, by email, or through a public notice.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in courts located in Ohio unless a payment processor, platform rule, or applicable law requires a different process.
